CINCINNATI >> The wait is almost over -- they hope.Left-hander Rich Hill threw 78 pitches in a simulated game at the Dodgers' training complex in Arizona Thursday night and experienced no problems with the blister issues on his pitching hand that have sidelined him since July 17.Hill said he expects to make his Dodgers debut now on Wednesday against the San Francisco Giants at Dodger Stadium - more than three weeks after he was acquired from the Oakland A's as part of a five-player trade.
