Dodgers manager Dave Roberts was named Sporting News' 2016 National League Manager of the Year on Monday. The award was voted on by the other National League managers.Roberts' club finished with a 91-71 record in his first season as a manager at any level. He joined Tommy Lasorda (1977) as the only rookie managers ever to lead the Los Angeles Dodgers to a division title.
