Dodgers activate Cingrani, option Liberatore
The Dodgers on Saturday reinstated left-handed reliever Tony Cingrani (left shoulder inflammation) from the 10-day disabled list and optioned left-handed pitcher Adam Liberatore to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
