Jose Abreu didn't return to the White Sox without a last-minute scare that nearly prolonged his absence after a stint on the 15-day DL. During batting practice on Monday in Los Angeles, an errant throw hit him in the chest and he had to return to the clubhouse for a quick examination. Luckily for the White Sox, Abreu was fine, and was able to get back in the lineup for the matchup with Clayton Kershaw. The Dodgers' ace lefty probably wishes Abreu had to sit just one more night.
