PITTSBURGH >> Justin Turner is tired of playing the game. Not baseball, but the game within the game that's consumed the Dodgers since the All-Star break.Turner's left elbow was struck by a 97-mph fastball from Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Justin Wilson in the seventh inning Tuesday. Two Pirates batters were also hit by pitches in the Dodgers' 12-7 loss.
