Dodgers manager Don Mattingly insists he didn't decide on an outfield of Carl Crawford, Yasiel Puig and Matt Kemp. "They (decide) with the way they go," Mattingly said. "They just worked it out."Crawford, who began the season splitting time with Andre Ethier and Kemp in left field, seems to have benefitted the most of the three from playing every day.
