The Dodgers designated right-handed reliever Brian Wilson for assignment Tuesday. This probably wasn't the toughest off-season roster decision for the Dodgers' remade front office, led by president Andrew Friedman and general manager Farhan Zaidi. By dollars, it wasn't the most costly.Yet cutting ties with Wilson might be the most popular decision Friedman and Zaidi have made, at least among fans who never got past the idea of the former Giants closer in a Dodgers uniform.
