NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. - The Dodgers took care of one of their most pressing offseason needs on the first day of the winter meetings, officially re-signing Rich Hill on Monday.The Dodgers inked Hill for $48 million over three years, according to multiple reports.Hill, 36, had a 1.83 ERA in six starts with the Dodgers after they acquired him from the Oakland Athletics just before the trading deadline in July.
