LOS ANGELES >> A five-run fourth inning allowed the Dodgers to erase an early deficit against the San Diego Padres on Sunday. Luis Avilan and Justin Turner made sure the lead held up.Turner hit two home runs in the Dodgers' 6-4 win before an announced crowd of 46,128 at Dodger Stadium. Avilan preserved a one-run lead by getting two clutch outs with a runner on third base and one out in the eighth inning.
