Rose Bowl unveils statue of Jackie Robinson in football uniform
Wednesday, the stadium unveiled a statue of the iconic baseball player in his UCLA football uniform. Robinson played football at UCLA after he played two seasons at Pasadena City College in 1937 and 1938. The statue, announced in June, was paid for by the Tull Family Foundation, and the ceremony was emceed by longtime Los Angeles Dodgers announcer Vin Scully.
