Davis named FOX Sports’ lead MLB play-by-play announcer

Joe Davis has already succeeded one legend in his broadcasting career. On Friday, FOX Sports announced Davis will be taking over for another, tabbing the 34-year-old as its lead play-by-play announcer for its MLB coverage. He succeeds longtime FOX baseball and football announcer Joe Buck, who has moved to ESPN
