Cole, a former Orange Lutheran High and UCLA star, says he always had starting the event on his bucket list. Angels star Shohei Ohtani will bat second for the AL, and the Dodgers' Freddie Freeman, Mookie Betts and J.D. Martinez will bat 2-3-4 for the NL.
