LOS ANGELES -- Dodgers reliever Evan Phillips will undergo Tommy John surgery next Wednesday, manager Dave Roberts said ahead of Friday's series opener against the Yankees. The general timeline for Tommy John recovery ranges from 12-18 months. Phillips will be out for the remainder of the 2025 season, as well
