The Los Angeles Dodgers continue to struggle with spring training injuries and they may put third baseman Casey Blake on the disabled list to start the season. Blake has been struggling with inflammation in his lower back and his rib cage and the Dodgers sent Casey for an MRI last week. If Los Angeles puts Blake on the DL, he will join Vicente Padilla and Jon Garland who have also struggled with injury issues during the spring. Blake is not necessarily a cornerstone player, but the Dodgers cannot afford to lose any more of their roster to the disabled list.
