I haven't always been a Houston Astros fan -- and since I was a Southern California native, I used to root for the Los Angeles Dodgers. As a matter of fact, the very first, and to date, only time I've been to a Major League Baseball game was watching the said team. In 1997, if I'm not mistaken, my brother, uncle, his wife's nephew, my uncle's friends and I all attended a Los Angeles Dodgers game at their stadium at Chavez Ravine during the mid-summer.
