Alexi Ogando allowed only one run pitching into the seventh inning, Michael Young extended his hitting streak to 13 games and the Texas Rangers defeated the Kansas City Royals 3-1 Saturday night. Ogando (3-0) held the Royals scoreless until Kila Ka'aihue led off the seventh with a homer on the right-hander's 14th and final pitch.
