After a four month period in which the position was vacant — which became a major issue because of the Bryan Stow beating — the Dodgers have selected a chief of security. He is retired LAPD Captain Rich Wemmer.  His hiring is contingent on MLB approval due to the league takeover of the team’s day-t0-day…
