Attorneys for Frank McCourt have filed notice that they are going to appeal the ruling that determined the Dodgers are jointly owned by Frank and Jamie McCourt. The notice was filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court but the case will be heard by a state appeals court. The filing states attorneys will challenge several rulings made by Judge Scott Gordon against Frank McCourt.
