The Los Angeles Dodgers activated left-handed reliever Hong-Chih Kuo from the 15-day disabled list and optioned Kenley Jansen to Triple-A Albuquerque. Kuo was placed on the DL with a lower back strain on April 16 after issuing four walks in 2 2/3 innings to start the season.
