Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp and manager Don Mattingly were ejected seconds apart on Sunday following an argument over balls and strikes in the fourth inning of their game against the Florida Marlins. Kemp came up with the bases loaded after a one-out intentional walk to Andre Ethier. He fell behind 0-2 on a borderline pitch from Ricky Nolasco, then grounded into an inning-ending double play.
