LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig on Monday rejected a proposed television deal between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Fox Sports that voids a recent divorce settlement between team owner Frank McCourt and his ex-wife, Jamie McCourt.
