Pence was a scratch from Saturday's starting lineup againstthe Los Angeles Dodgers because of a hyper-extended elbow. Thebest-case scenario for the Astros is that Pence misses today'sseries finale against the Dodgers and joins the team Monday inArlington for a three-game series against the Texas Rangers. Theworst-case scenario for the Astros is that the injury issignificant enough to land Pence on the disabled list for the firsttime since his 2007 rookie season.
