LOS ANGELES - Andre Ethier held up a substantial packet of papers, three inches thick at least, at his locker inside the Dodgers clubhouse before Thursday's game against the New York Mets. It was a bankruptcy litigation report sent to Ethier by the legal team of Jaime McCourt, the ex-wife of Dodgers embattled owner Frank McCourt.
