After missing the 2011 season because he couldn't get a work visa, right-handed reliever Ronald Belisario reported to the Dodgers' spring training camp at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, Ariz.The apparent reason for the denial of his visa stems from a positive test for cocaine.The relief pitcher admitted on Feb. 22 to using cocaine in the past, though he couldn't remember exactly when.
