A former pitcher drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1988 has acknowledged in a plea agreement he sold copyrighted karaoke music and didn't report the sales to the IRS. William S. Bene (beh-NAY') is charged with one count of criminal copyright infringement and one count of filing a false tax return.
