The Dodgers placed left-handed reliever Scott Elbert on the disabled list on Wednesday due to recurring left elbow inflammation. To take Elbert's spot on the roster, Los Angeles recalled right-hander Shawn Tolleson from Class A Advanced Rancho Cucamonga.
