Dodgers pitcher Zack Greinke underwent a 90-minute operation Saturday to stabilize his broken left collarbone. The club had announced that a less invasive rod would be used to stabilize the fracture Greinke suffered Thursday night in a brawl. Instead, a metal plate was used, a likely indication of a more complicated fracture.
