SAN FRANCISCO - Don't blame the Dodgers' poor start on injuries. That's according to manager Don Mattingly, who insisted 10 disabled list entries and a half dozen or so other ailments that have sidelined starters through parts of the first five weeks aren't the reasons why his team has underperformed.
