The Dodgers did not tender a contract to Ronald Belisario by Monday night's deadline, making the right-handed reliever a free agent. The Dodgers tendered contracts to their other three arbitration eligibles -- Clayton Kershaw, Kenley Jansen and A.J. Ellis.
