Jerry Hairston announced his retirement Wednesday, following a 16-year Major League career that included a World Series title with the Yankees in 2009. The 37-year-old has a deal to serve as a pregame and postgame analyst for the Dodgers' television broadcasts, according to Bruce Levine of Chicago's WSCR-AM radio and 670thescore.com.
