The Dodgers have signed veteran utilityman Chone Figgins to a minor-league contract, according to multiple reports Wednesday. Figgins, who turns 36 today, did not play last season after being released by the Miami Marlins in spring training.At his peak with the Angels in the mid-2000s, Figgins was an on-base machine capable of stealing a base and playing six positions - all except first base, pitcher or catcher.
