GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Chad Billingsley is too happy these days to be bothered by something so trivial as simple math. The Dodgers have five spots in their rotation and six healthy major-league starters after signing Paul Maholm. Billingsley isn't healthy enough to pitch in a game. He's still working back from Tommy John surgery on his right elbow and isn't targeting pitching in a major-league game until "the end of April, beginning of May" at the earliest.
