Cuban shortstop Erisbel Arruebarrena is the newest member of the Dodgers. The 23-year old, who was declared a free agent by Major League Baseball earlier this week, was cleared by the U.S. Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control to enter into a contract with a Major League club after he established residency in Haiti. The Dodgers announced the deal as official on Saturday.
