GLENDALE, Ariz. – Dodgers pitcher Ross Stripling was scheduled to undergo an contrast MRI exam Friday afternoon to determine the extent of an injury to his right elbow. The 24-year-old is hoping to avoid a diagnosis of a torn ligament that would require season-ending Tommy John surgery.Dodgers head athletic trainer Stan Conte "did all the tests and said that (the injury) points to the ligament," Stripling said.
