DirecTV and Time Warner Cable, which have not been able to agree on terms for delivering Dodger games to DirecTV subscribers, appeared unable Friday to even agree whether they are still in negotiation.Time Warner Cable, which is handling distribution of the new Dodgers-owned channel SportsNet LA, said DirecTV has ended serious negotiations.
