ESPN's Keith Law reports that the Dodgers are planning to call up 26-year-old right-hander Red Patterson from Triple-A Albuquerque to start the second half of Thursday's doubleheader against the Twins -- a makeup for Tuesday's rainout at Target Field. It will be Patterson's major league debut.
