The Twins start right-hander Mike Pelfrey in Game 1 of Thursday's day-night doubleheader, and left-hander Kris Johnson will be recalled from Triple-A Rochester to start Game 2. The Dodgers start right-hander Dan Haren in the opener and, well, they really didn't want to say who would start the nightcap at Target Field.
