Dodgers prospect Alex Guerrero remained in a Salt Lake City-area hospital Wednesday, one day after a portion of his left ear was bitten off by Albuquerque Isotopes teammate Miguel Olivo.Guerrero hasn't decided whether or not to press criminal charges against Olivo, according to a source, and might not for some time as he continues to recuperate.
