MILWAUKEE >> After trading for right-hander Kevin Correia from the Minnesota Twins on Saturday night, the Dodgers are expected to shuffle their starting rotation beginning Monday.The new rotation calls for Correia to oppose Julio Teheran in Atlanta. Everyone else will be pushed back a day, with Dan Haren going Tuesday and Hyun-Jin Ryu on Wednesday.
