Dodgers starter Zack Greinke threw 103 pitches Saturday and held the St. Louis Cardinals without a run. J.P. Howell entered the game in relief, threw four pitches, and the Cardinals scored twice.Before you could say "bullpen issue," Matt Kemp hit a solo home run in the bottom of the eighth inning to give the Dodgers a 3-2 victory in Game 2 of the National League Division Series.
