In search of more wins, the Dodgers have settled on more ties.They booted general manager Ned Colletti sideways, as a "senior advisor" to President/CEO Stan Kasten.They created the position of President, Baseball Operations for Andrew Friedman, the general manager at Tampa Bay.Then will come a new general manager and, one would assume, another phalanx of suits to either replace or augment the existing bureaucracy.
