The Dodgers' annual winter development camp for prospects, which runs Monday through Thursday at Dodger Stadium, will be deliberately unlike those of years past. Gabe Kapler, the Dodgers' first-year director of player development, said the camp will not be a referendum on the progress of prospects such as Julio Urias, Zach Lee, Chris Reed and Scott Schebler.
