Free agent pitcher Brandon Beachy has agreed to a $2.75 million, one-year contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers, who hope he can recover from his second Tommy John surgery. Beachy was leading the majors in ERA through 13 starts in 2012 before needing his first Tommy John surgery in June.
