TEMPE, Ariz. >> The Angels' bullpen competition got interesting Saturday, when right-hander Cory Rasmus was diagnosed with a torn muscle in his core. Rasmus will undergo surgery Tuesday and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.Angels manager Mike Scioscia said that Rasmus might be able to "activate" his arm in three weeks, "but certainly nothing aggressive for six weeks.
