Sidearming pitcher Pablo Milan Fernandez from Cuba has agreed to an $8 million Minor League contract with the Dodgers, according to Baseball America. The Dodgers have not confirmed the agreement, which Baseball America said is contingent on Fernandez passing a physical exam.
