Two pitches into Wednesday's game, Joc Pederson announced that he is not a prototypical leadoff hitter. San Francisco Giants pitcher Ryan Vogelsong hung a curveball over the plate and Pederson crushed it over the left-center field fence. It was the first leadoff home run by a Dodgers hitter this season.
