Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal was removed in the fifth inning of Friday night's 2-1 win over the Padres after being hit twice on the head, once by a bat, once by a foul tip. Manager Don Mattingly after the game was uncertain whether Grandal had a concussion and would miss time.
