The Dodgers placed left-handed reliever Paco Rodriguez on the 15-day disabled list with a left elbow strain and recalled righty Matt West from Triple-A Oklahoma City. Rodriguez has struggled to "finish pitches" in his last three or four outings, manager Don Mattingly said Sunday.
