LOS ANGELES >> An airplane carrying the Los Angeles Dodgers from San Diego to their next series in Dallas was diverted to LAX Sunday night "due to a mechanical issue," a team spokesman said.The team departed San Diego at about 7 p.m. following their game with the Padres, Dodgers' Director of Public Relations Joe Jareck said.
