While he couldn't curb his frustration, perennial Cy Young candidate Clayton Kershaw was able to extend his run of double-digit strikeout performances last time out. Now he's hoping to bounce back while becoming the first Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher in 20 years to fan at least 10 in four straight starts Monday night against the strikeout-prone host Chicago Cubs. "I had a really big pitch count again, so I've got to get some easier outs to get through games," said Kershaw, who hasn't lost consecutive starts since April 2013.
